A screw was missing, after a short phone call to mail I received a replacement shortly afterwards. Super service, super friendly, gladly again.

The only thing I can say about the product is that it's a shame that the ring is now made of plastic and the spring has been changed so that I can no longer use the old ring. But it works just as well.
