- Service: Only the air chamber or "air can" of the shock absorber is disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, the seals (e.g., dust wipers, O-rings) replaced, and freshly lubricated. This Service clean operation and protects the internal seals from dirt and wear.
- Full Service: This comprehensive Service theService, but goes one step further: The entire Shocks disassembled, all seals are replaced (including those in the lower section), and all oils are changed. This ensures that the shock is fully restored to working order—ideal for intensive use or long service intervals.

You should have your Shocks serviced Shocks 125 hours or annually, whichever comes first. This recommendation also applies on the part of the manufacturers.
