FOX & Marzocchi Gabelservice – damit deine Federgabel zuverlässig, sensibel und dauerhaft leistungsfähig bleibt. Als eines der wichtigsten Bauteile am Bike sorgt sie für Kontrolle, Komfort und Sicherheit – und genau das stellen wir mit unserem Service sicher.

Wir prüfen Funktion und Zustand, zerlegen die Gabel fachgerecht, reinigen alle relevanten Komponenten gründlich und ersetzen Verschleißteile mit Original FOX- bzw. Marzocchi-Teilen. Anschließend erfolgt die präzise Montage mit hochwertigen Schmierstoffen sowie ein abschließender Funktionstest.

Wähle die passende Serviceart je nach Bedarf und Zustand deiner Gabel:

  • Lower Leg Service: Reinigung des Gabelunterteils, Austausch des Staubabstreifers und der Dichtungen sowie Befüllung mit frischem Öl.
  • Full Service: Lower Leg Service enthalten – zusätzlich wird die komplette Gabel zerlegt, alle Dichtungen und sämtliche Öle werden erneuert.

Optional: Buchsenkalibrierung
Präzise Ausrichtung und Kalibrierung der Gabelbuchsen zur Reduzierung der Reibung und Optimierung des Ansprechverhaltens (nur in Verbindung mit einem Service buchbar).

    Select your service appointment online, enter the model, serial number, and any comments. After booking, you will receive an email all the necessary steps.

  • 2. send parcel

    Pack the fork securely and ship it so that the package arrives at our premises at least one day before the selected date.

  • 3. testing & maintenance

    Our mechanics Service the Service on the selected date. We will call you if we have any questions or need replacement parts.

  • 4. return shipment

    Once completed, we will securely package your fork and send it back to you via DHL.

What is the difference between a lower leg Service a full Service?

  • Lower Leg Service: The lower fork section is cleaned, fresh oil is added, and the dust scraper and seals in the lower section are replaced.
  • Full Service: Lower leg Service – in addition, the entire fork is disassembled, and all seals and oils are replaced.

When is bushing calibration useful?

Bushing calibration is useful if the standpipes cannot be inserted easily and smoothly into the dip tubes or if the fork's response is not optimal.

Increased friction between stanchions and lower legs is relatively common— regardless of the manufacturer or whether it is an entry-level or top-of-the-line model. Even with brand-new Forks, manufacturing tolerances or assembly details ex works can lead to increased friction.

Precise calibration ensures that the bushings are aligned exactly and the play is optimized. The difference is usually noticeable immediately —the fork responds more sensitively and evenly.

How is a bushing calibration performed?

To assess friction, the fork is completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. We then check the running behavior of the stanchions in the dip tubes.

If friction is too high, the bushings are adjusted using special calibration tools in various sizes to minimize play while ensuring low-friction guidance.

This reduces friction to a minimum – for significantly improved and immediately noticeable responsiveness.

How often should I have my fork serviced?

You should have your fork serviced every 125 hours or annually, whichever comes first. This recommendation also applies to manufacturers.

How long does the fork service take?

We will complete the Service on the selected date and ship your fork the next business day. Shipping usually takes 2–3 business days. Important: Your fork must arrive at our facility before your selected date so that we can finish on time.

We provide Service FOX and Marzocchi .

Do you only use original parts?

Yes—we only use original parts from FOX Marzocchi. We also only use original FOX. We do not use alternative or aftermarket parts.

How will my fork be shipped?

After booking, you will receive a free shipping label from us. Please pack your fork securely before sending it. Once the service is complete, we will send it back to you immediately.

What happens if further damage is discovered during the inspection?

If we determine that certain parts need to be replaced, we will call you in advance. The advantage for you: As MTB Classic Parts , we have all FOX in stock and can carry out repairs without delay.
