Why can I find items here parts that are already out of stock in other stores?

As an exclusive partner of FOX , we receive remaining quantities of components from discontinued models as soon as they are no longer available in the current range. They are no longer produced and are therefore strictly limited.

I can't find a part or don't know which one I need. Can you help me?

We may also carry parts, which cannot be ordered in the store. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected]. We will also be happy to help you with any questions.

Do I have a guarantee on the parts?

Yes, as a commercial dealer, we offer a statutory warranty of two years. During this period, we will replace or repair broken parts free of charge. The fourteen-day right of withdrawal also applies.

Is it a new product?

Yes. parts are not used, but unused parts that have never been sold. We also offer you inexpensive parts from our garage that have been used in our repairs and custom bikes - for example, because we didn't need them. These components are also new, but perhaps without the original packaging.

Where can I find the article number?

The part number is a unique number that makes each part - each bolt or seal - clearly identifiable. You can find it in the exploded view or the part lists of your fork or shock model on the official website of FOX. To find the list for your model, you will need the serial number. This can be found on the frame of the fork or Shocks.

As a business customer, can I also order without VAT?

All prices in our store include VAT. B2B customers from EU countries can enter their VAT ID in the shopping cart to receive a VAT-free invoice.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as we deliver via DHL, you will receive your order number by email.

How can I complain about an item?

If your order is damaged through our fault, we will replace it free of charge. Just send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and as detailed a description of the defect as possible.

What are the delivery time and shipping costs?

As soon as we have received your order, we will ship it within two to five working days. Delivery by DHL usually arrives within three working days. You can find out your individual shipping costs in the shopping cart - shipping is free for orders over 100 euros.
