Saddle support had a defect, called, 2 days later I had a new one with no ifs or buts.
A free returns label was also included.
It couldn't be better.

Good seat post

I have installed the seatpost on my E-MTB and it works very well. The overall height is slightly lower than my old post, which would allow almost 25mm more travel . I can't say anything about durability yet. It's just the seatpost, the cable and control lever are not included.
