Our fork service incl. assembly includes:
- Visual inspection of the fork for possible damage
- Manual testing of the fork functions, based on existing fault descriptions
- Identification of potential irregularities
- Dismantling and cleaning the fork
- Checking the individual parts for possible defects
- If necessary, replacement of damaged parts after consultation with the customer
- Replacement of all seals, oils, greases and nitrogen
- Reassembly of the fork after cleaning and repair
- Inspection of the fork by the fitter
- Functional test by the foreman
