Our damper service incl. Assembly includes:
- Visual inspection of the damper for possible damage
- Manual testing of the damper functions, based on existing fault descriptions
- Identification of potential irregularities
- Dismantling and cleaning the damper
- Checking the individual parts for possible defects
- If necessary, replacement of damaged parts after consultation with the customer
- Replacement of all seals, oils, greases and nitrogen
- Reassembly of the damper after cleaning and repair
- Checking the damper by the fitter
- Functional test by the foreman
