Initiate Withdrawal
Enter your order number and the email address or postal code used when placing the order to submit your withdrawal request.
After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. If your order has not yet been shipped, it will be automatically cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded. In this case, no further action is required.
If your order has already been shipped, you can arrange the return directly through our Returns Portal.
Note: It must be the same email address
which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
